Katrine W. Gottlieb specializes in litigation and dispute resolution, with a particular focus on white-collar crime and complex criminal matters. She also has experience advising and representing clients in construction disputes and arbitration.

Katrine has acted as defense counsel in major criminal proceedings involving tax evasion and claims for the recovery of dividend tax. Her practice also includes complex cases concerning fraud, unlawful commission arrangements and violations of environmental legislation.

She has a right of audience before the Danish Supreme Court and serves as an alternate member of the Danish Appeals Permission Board, which considers applications for access to appeal. Katrine is also a member of the Danish Bar and Law Society’s Criminal Law Committee and represents Denmark on the Criminal Law Committee of the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE).

Alongside her practice, Katrine teaches professional ethics as part of the Danish bar qualification programme and has taught at the University of Copenhagen for several years. She is the co-author of Good Legal Practice – Case Law Collection and Good Legal Practice for Defence Counsel.

Katrine combines extensive courtroom experience with a strong understanding of complex regulatory and criminal matters. She is particularly experienced in cases where significant commercial, reputational and personal interests are at stake.
